Whether you want to provide services or hire someone for work, these steps are the same.

Login to your account
Login to the Zoraha app to begin. Authentication ensures platform security and confirms that you are a real user. Security is one of our top priorities.

Provide your location
Grant location access or manually enter your location. Zoraha uses location information to show services and opportunities available near you.

Complete your profile
Completing your profile helps build trust within the community. Users must complete their profile before publishing service requirements or listing themselves as a service provider.

If you want to offer your skills and services to people nearby, Zoraha provides two ways to find opportunities.
List your service publicly
You can also make your services visible to others by listing your skills in the public directory. This allows people who need your services to contact you later.
Tap the Floating Action Button and select “Give A Service”.
Take Service
If you are looking for a service
If you need someone to perform a service, Zoraha helps you find available providers nearby.
Search for nearby service providers
Use the Hire section to find people near your location who are already providing the service you need.
Post your requirement
If no suitable service provider is available nearby, you can post your specific requirement.
Tap the Floating Action Button and select “Take Service”.

Why does Zoraha ask for my location?

Do I have to complete my profile?
Yes. A complete profile builds trust within the community, and it is required before you publish a service requirement or list yourself as a service provider.
Can I both offer services and hire people?
Yes. The same Zoraha account works both ways. You can look for work today and hire someone for a job tomorrow, without creating a second account.
Does Zoraha provide the services itself?
No. Zoraha is a digital platform that connects service providers with people looking for services. All services are offered by independent service providers, who are responsible for the quality, safety and legality of their work.
How do I delete my Zoraha account?
Send an email to support@zoraha.com including the phone number used to create the account. The account is permanently deleted within 3 working days. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
